The galleries are open 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. every day
Kidspace is open every day from noon - 4 PM.
Galleries are open until 8 PM on Saturday night (8/9/08) before the Dark Dark Dark Alt Cabaret.

SPOTLIGHT TALKS
  • Thursday, August 14 at 3 PM curatorial intern Emma Perry discusses Joseph Beuys’s Lightning with Stag in its Glare (Blitzschlag mit Lichtschein auf Hirsch)
  • Saturday, August 16 at 3 PM Kendall Grady explores Jane D. Marsching’s series Arctic Listening Post specifically at MASS MoCA, Rising North and Future North: Ecotarium Module.

Audio tour of Badlands, Anselm Kiefer and architecture is available: download a podcast and bring it with you or MP3 players are available for rent ($3) when you get to the museum.

  • Badlands: New Horizons in Landscape
    Includes five new commissions by Vaughn Bell, Center for Land Use Interpretation, Joe Smolinski, Nina Katchadourian, and Mary Temple. Several artists contribute new works never before exhibited, including Alexis Rockman, Paul Jacobsen, and Jane Marsching. Other artists featured are: Robert Adams, Boyle Family, Melissa Brown, Leila Daw, Gregory Euclide, J. Henry Fair, Anthony Goicolea, Mike Glier, Marine Hugonnier, Jane D. Marsching and Terreform, Ed Ruscha, Yutaka Sone and Jennifer Steinkamp.
